License & Usage

All designs, photographs, templates, branding elements, and digital materials created by The Spot are the intellectual property of The Spot. Your purchase or rental grants you permission to use these materials solely for your own personal or commercial project relating to your booking with us.

You may not share, transfer, resell, redistribute, or replicate any part of our designs, setups, or digital products—commercially or non-commercially.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Attribution is always appreciated but not required.

Pricing

All session, event, and studio rental prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices do not include additional services such as:

• Required cleaning fees (when applicable)

• Add-on room rentals

• Photographer services

• Event furniture or décor add-ons

• Overtime fees

• Membership packages

• Booking platform processing fees

Any third-party costs (such as business licensing, website hosting, or external service subscriptions) are not included in your booking price.

Membership Hours

The Spot offers prepaid membership hours in packages designed for creatives, business owners, and frequent studio renters.

Each membership package includes a set amount of prepaid hours to be used monthly:

Memberships renew monthly and unused hours do not roll over or qualify for refunds.

Payments

Payment for bookings, memberships, add-ons, and services is due at the time of reservation.

The Spot uses a secure third-party payment processor to handle all payments. We accept:

• Debit Cards

All payment information is encrypted and securely processed. You will never be charged more than the amount you authorize.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our rentals block off time slots exclusively for you, all sales are final.

Bookings, studio sessions, memberships, and add-ons are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we will accommodate you whenever possible based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

By booking with The Spot, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The Spot does not claim legal rights over any décor, branded items, furniture, or props used by clients during shoots or events.

• The Spot is not responsible for damages, loss of property, or injuries that occur while using our space.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining any licenses, trademarks, or rights for brand imagery or content they choose to shoot within our studio.

• The Spot is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal issues that arise from the way clients use photos, videos, or content created at our location.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of the space, content, and materials complies with all applicable laws, copyrights, and brand permissions.
